Having bought one or two properties over the past few years I decided it was time to build my portfolio. I joined YDL's Partner Property Programme and within a few months they bought me a great investment property at a massive 41% discount! Most importantly, my net yield is a whopping 13%, something I did not believe would be possible in an area with good growth prospects and excellent tenant demand.The whole process and service received has been exceptional, and I plan to do many more deals with YDL.
